About the Lecturer:

Dr. Liang Decui, researcher, PhD supervisor, visiting scholar at the University of Alberta, Canada, the evaluation expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Humanities and Social Sciences Fund of the Ministry of Education. His research directions include Big Data Analysis and Decision-Making, Risk Assessment and Management, Information Management and Business Intelligence, Social Learning and Business Analysis, etc. He has published (admitted) more than 70 papers in the important domestic and international journals and conferences, such as: IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Information Sciences, Annals of Operations Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Knowledge-Based Systems, etc., of which 14 were selected as ESI highly cited papers, 2 were selected as ESI hot papers, 48 were indexed by SCI, and 7 were indexed by SSCI. He participated in the compilation of 4 books, presided over 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and more than 10 vertical projects such as the Humanities and Social Sciences Planning Project of the Ministry of Education. He has won 1 Second Prize of Sichuan Science and Technology Progress, 2 Second Prizes and 1 Third Prize of Sichuan Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievements.

 


About the Lecture:

As a pioneer application of the Internet platform, the Online Consultation Platform can share medical resources and provide personalized services. But how to improve the quality of doctor-patient matching services has become a bottleneck in its development. This report first designs the learning methods of doctors' professional competence and patient preferences of the Online Consultation Platform, based on the doctor-patient bilateral perspective; then it establishes a doctor-patient bilateral precise matching decision-making model; and finally discusses and summarizes some thoughts on the improvement of platform service management.
